How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from our Texas location within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the USA typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is on its way!

What should I do if my jewelry arrives damaged?
We pack our items with the utmost care, but if a piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package at charukrishna35@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will make it right.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within [10 days] of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags still attached. Please note that [custom-stitched items / clearance items] are final sale.

How should I care for my jewelry to keep it looking new?
To protect the finish of your jewelry, keep it away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals. We recommend putting your jewelry on after you have applied your makeup and perfume. When not in use, store your pieces in a dry, airtight box or pouch.
How do I clean and care for my sarees?
Due to the delicate nature of the fabrics and intricate embellishments, we highly recommend dry cleaning only for our clothing. Do not machine wash or wring, and store your garments in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide detailed measurements in the description of each product. For specific sizing questions regarding blouse fits or jewelry lengths, please refer to our Size Guide or reach out to us directly—we are always happy to help you find the perfect fit!

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible! If you need to make a change or cancel, please email us at charukrishna35@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified.
